  1. I really savor watching How-do-you-do Fi related videos on YouTube. my favourites are:

Techmoan ( he just fixed an one-time Pioneer cassette deck that I enjoyed very much. )

    John Darko

    HiViNyws

    Snazzy Labs Hi Fi system

    What are yours?

  2. Ahh, missed that one. I have seen his Harbeth reviews.
  3. I came in here to post most how pretentious and insufferable New Record Day was and then I went and watched 1 of his new videos and institute it to be non that any more. His older videos were him reading off a script and really playing it upwards, just his most recent videos seem much more than natural in his delivery. And then hither's to a more "natural" delivery.

As to my recommendation, I really bask the analytical and pragmatic nature of fellow Canadian Thomas & Stereo.

  4. I like this thread, very informative! Thank you!!!

    Jason

  5. Why would you chance your SHF brownie by admitting this? o_O
    macster and 5-String similar this.
  6. I enjoy his videos and wish him the best of luck for taking the bound to total time. They're longer than I can commonly spotter, simply I commonly check out at least some of almost of them.

I like Darkos the best. Also watch most Guttenberg episodes.

The PS Audio/Paul McGowan Q&A episodes have been fun and informative.

  7. In add-on to Zero Fidelity, John Darko and Steve Guttenberg, I'd add "Thomas & Stereo" and "A British Audiophile".
  8. I've enjoyed Tharbamar's channel many times, peculiarly the audio demo videos.

Besides PS Audio's aqueduct is bang-up, Paul is an awesome guy.

And Analog Planet'south channel is an obvious one for the analog folks.

  9. Brodnation

Brodnation The Time to come Never Dies So Tomorrow Never Knows

I'm a big fan of Andrew Robinson as well as Ana(Dia)Log.
    rodentdog and Ivand similar this.
  10. 342

+ane Zero Fidelity. Sean has a wealth of experience with minimal BS and snobby attitude. I like his style.
  11. Considering your state'southward troubles with YouTube presently, I'm surprised whatsoever Dane is actually recommending any aqueduct on their site correct now.

I'll cheque a couple out, though...

  12. Stereophile and Ken Micalef.

Anything from Kendrick Sound (Japanese restorers of vintage JBL and Horn Speakers)

  13. A bit of a tedious talker but I kind of dig his style. And agreed well-nigh his demos--tiptop notch.
  14. I will also add Z Reviews to this - though he mainly does entry-mid level gear. But his audio demos are extremely well recorded.
  15. I'one thousand not a huge fan of Behemothic JBLs (although I take a lot of respect for the UREIs that I used dorsum in the studio days), but I really enjoy watching these Kenrick Sound videos from Japan.

  16. At that place is AnalogPlanet. Even though I completely disagree with his ideology, the factory and audio off-white tours are very informative and his presentation is entertaining.
  17. Snazzy Labs is a useless dope. I can't believe I wasted a minute watching that dolt.
  18. His demos are great simply they way he describes sound is the aforementioned for every product "musical, accurate and engaging"

My personal favs are Thomas & Stereo, NBT Studios and Darko Audio

  19. Technomoan is bully. I really savor his videos. Very educational and entertaining. I am a big fan!
  20. bever70

bever70 It's not all about The Soundstage

Thomas & stereo is one of the few I tin stand to watch a whole video. Very down to earth.
  21. This guy is a full knob and has nothing to say. Information technology sounds like he recorded this with a Dayton Audio iMM-6. At to the lowest degree it's a expert tune.
